When will I receive my order?
Items ordered at storeforvenus.com are typically processed within 2 BUSINESS DAYS after the order is placed. Therefore, orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday would be processed by Monday or Tuesday. Please be aware that if you order via overnight or 2-day shipping, that you will not necessarily receive the item overnight or within 2 days of placing the order. The order will be processed first, than shipped via whichever method you choose. This means that an overnight delivery can take up to 2 or 3 days to arrive to your address.(Most items are always in stock).
Canadian residents please allow 3-10 days for delivery.
For international orders please allow 1-3 weekfs for shipment.

What is your return policy?
You are welcome to return any items within 30 days that ARE defective, for a full refund.
Returns after 30 days from delivery
- If you return anything more than 30 days after delivery, we will charge you restocking fee (10% of item)
- Sorry, we don't accept any returns more than 60 days after the delivery date
Return of toys
You are welcome to return any item that is defective within 30 days from delivery. Sorry, we cannot accept any returns of opened or used toys.
Return Procedure
The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused. Include the original printed email or online invoice. You must obtain a "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" Number From storeforvenus.com Before returning a product. We will not accept any returns without an RMA. The RMA number must be written on your return Package. Any products returned without an RMA# will be refused. storeforvenus.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT NOT RETURNED IN THE MANNER STATED ABOVE In your return package please incude: The packing slip, A note telling us what the problem was, A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item. If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
